House rules
No smoking. Up to two dogs are allowed, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and may not enter pools or hot tubs. Violation of the pet policy can result in termination of tenancy. Saturday check-in is at 16:00 and Saturday checkout is at 10:00. Early check-in is available in limited quantities for an additional fee, subject to eligibility. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.
Getting there
Oceanfront home with a shared beach walkway. The nearest alternative community beach access is Pine Island Beach Access 1. Parking is limited to six vehicles.
