Level 2 has an oceanside king ensuite with a shower/tub combination and oceanfront deck; an oceanside king bedroom with a semi-private bathroom, shower/tub combination and oceanfront deck; an oceanside queen bedroom with an oceanfront deck; and a den. Level 3 has an oceanside king ensuite with 14-foot-high windows, a standing shower, whirlpool tub and deck access, plus a half bathroom, great room, kitchen and dining area. Outdoor facilities include a private pool with optional heating, an outside commode, a hot tub, gas grill, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and basketball hoop. A refrigerator is in the exterior storage closet. Five beach chairs, multiple TVs, cable TV, Wi-Fi, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer are provided. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker and pod coffee maker.
