House rules
Maximum nighttime occupancy is nine guests. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions of existing stays require assistance from the Guest Experience team. Date-dependent minimum stays apply.
Getting there
Four-wheel drive is required during winter. Ski access is a short walk down Happy Trails Drive to a groomed run; Madison Base is a five-minute drive away. Early- and late-season ski-in/ski-out access depends on conditions and may vary during a stay; check Big Sky Resort for lift closures. A summer walkway connects to Moonlight Basin’s hiking and biking trails. Parking is limited to one car in the garage and two in the driveway. The home spans three stories.
