## About the house

The home sleeps up to nine guests and has four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Lodge-style furnishings, mountain views and a wood-burning fireplace complement the three-story layout.

The first floor has boot warmers near the entrance and three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with a separate shower and tub, 42-inch TV, gas fireplace and deck access. The other bedrooms have a queen bed with a private shower bathroom, and a twin-over-queen bunk bed with a private shower/tub bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space on the second floor.

The second level combines living, dining and kitchen areas. Leather seating, a TV and DVD player face the wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen has GE appliances, a wine fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and dishes. The dining table seats six, with three more seats at the kitchen bar. The back deck has two Adirondack chairs and a grill. A private hot tub overlooks Andesite, Lone Peak and the Spanish Peaks range. A loft provides a second living area with a 55-inch TV, sofa and armchair.

Free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, heating, linens, towels and starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided. Parking accommodates one car in the garage and two in the driveway. The home does not have air conditioning. Ski access is a short walk down Happy Trails Drive to a groomed run, or Madison Base is a five-minute drive away. In summer, a walkway connects to Moonlight Basin’s hiking and biking trail network.

Maximum nighttime occupancy is nine guests. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions of existing stays require assistance from the Guest Experience team. Date-dependent minimum stays apply.
