Maximum overnight occupancy is 11 guests. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival or for stays longer than 28 days require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation. Minimum-stay requirements vary by date.
Getting there
For ski-in/ski-out access, walk through the trees to Bootlegger Run to reach the Iron Horse Lift of Madison Base Area. Early- and late-season access depends on conditions and may vary during the stay. Four-wheel drive is required in winter. Parking is limited to two vehicles, including one in the garage. Community improvements may cause construction noise and traffic delays.
