House rules

All guests must be age 10 or older unless approved by the owner; infants under 2 are welcome. The loft daybeds are suitable for children only, and the listing specifies children under 12. No smoking is allowed and pets are not permitted. The villa accommodates up to 12 guests, with a maximum of 10 adults. Weekly stays receive one mid-stay light cleaning, and a seven-night stay is required for the listed mid-week light housekeeping. Kayak and paddleboard rentals require a signed waiver.

Getting there

The villa is oceanfront in Cayman Kai, with direct access from the pool deck to a white sandy beach and barefoot water entry. The Rum Point Club is within short walking distance. The Kaibo and Starfish Point are described as a longer walk away. The shoreline may experience seasonal sargassum and floating ocean debris.
