This 135-square-metre apartment accommodates seven guests on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator. Its living area has three sets of French doors, original parquet floors, decorative cornicing, marble fireplaces, contemporary furnishings and artwork. A balcony overlooks the rooftops of Montmartre. The open-plan dining area adjoins a fully equipped kitchen with a large central island.

The principal bedroom has a king-size bed and direct balcony access. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, and the fourth has a single bed with nature-inspired interiors. The third bedroom has contemporary décor. Fans are provided in every bedroom between May and September. Two bathrooms serve the apartment, including a family bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and walk-in shower.

Kitchen equipment includes an electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and juicer. A washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels and sound system are available. Free internet is provided. The TV is available only through Chromecast and does not receive live channels. Smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector are provided. The home is suitable for children and infants.

Pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee and must be declared at booking. A pre-check-in form and official photographic identification are required after booking confirmation.
