## About the house

The ground-floor apartment occupies a semi-detached house. A French door from the private portico opens into a living area with two double sofa beds, a dining table, television and an equipped kitchen. One bedroom has a queen-size double bed, large wardrobes and access to the rear garden; the other has a bunk bed and wardrobe. There is one bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Approximately 20 external steps lead to the apartment. A terrace is also available.

The kitchen includes a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and juicer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are provided.

The residence's shared pool area overlooks the lake and is open from 15 June to 15 September, from 09:00 to 20:00. It has a 25 × 18 m adults' area, a children's area and a jacuzzi area. A swimming cap may be required. The residence's 40,000-square-metre park includes a children's playground, football pitch, beach tennis, bar, games room and meeting room.

Manerba del Garda lies among the Valtenesi hills. The Rocca and Sasso nature reserve offers walks and views over Lake Garda and its islands. The apartment is 25 minutes by car from Desenzano railway station and less than 50 km from Verona airport.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in ends at 20:00; late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days before arrival, with the amount determined by local regulations; booking-specific information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
