The house

The apartment has a living area with a sofa, smart TV, dining table and chairs, and an open-plan kitchen. French doors lead to a balcony furnished with a table, outdoor chairs and a small sofa, overlooking greenery and the lake. Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and juicer. An iron is also available.

The master bedroom has a queen-size double bed, wardrobe and balcony overlooking the garden and residence pool. The second bedroom has an extendable bunk bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available. Approximately 40 external steps lead to the apartment.

The residence has a 40,000-square-metre park with a children's playground, football pitch, beach tennis, bar, games room and meeting room. Its shared pool area overlooks the lake and includes a 25 × 18 m adult area, a children's area and a jacuzzi area. Pools are available from 15 June to 15 September, from 09:00 to 20:00; swimming caps may be required.

Manerba del Garda lies in the Valtenesi hills. Nearby agricultural estates offer Garda olive-oil and D.O.C. wine tastings, and the area offers horse riding, local trattorias and golf courses. Rocca di Manerba and its Natural Park offer walks and views across Lake Garda and its islands. Manerba del Garda station is just over 1 km away, and Verona Villafranca Airport is 45 minutes away by car.
