House rules
The house is rented in its entirety for exclusive use. Pets are welcome subject to the house rules. Smoking is permitted. Children are welcome. The base price applies to the standard configuration for up to 6 guests; additional configurations or special requests must be confirmed before booking. A 50% payment is due at booking; the balance is due 31 days before arrival. Full prepayments are refundable when cancelled 31 days before arrival or earlier; cancellations after that are non-refundable. No security deposit is due.
Getting there
The property is in the Alentejo Litoral, between Santiago do Cacém, Melides and Santo André Lagoon. The coast is described as close enough for beach days; no particular beach access route or mode is stated.
