Shops, restaurants and bars are nearby. Inside are a living room and a dine-in kitchen with water views. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, toaster, pot coffee maker, Nespresso machine, dishes, silverware and cookware. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed, the third has six twin/single beds, and the enclosed loft sleeping area has two twin/single beds. All four sleeping areas have air conditioning; the first bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom. All three bathrooms have showers, and one also has a tub. Facilities include central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer and dryer, television and Smart TV, a speaker system, linens, towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment. Outdoor equipment includes patio furniture, four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, cooler and bicycle. There is a private entrance and driveway parking for four cars. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. No guests beyond the maximum occupancy of eight are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited; reservations involving events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups or other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Fireplace use is unsafe and prohibited; use results in forfeiture of the security deposit. One dog of 50 lbs or less is permitted for an additional $250.00 per booking. Larger dogs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $105.00 per night of the reservation. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If cancellation dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and rebooked for the original dates at the same or higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If no replacement booking is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments are made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property offers up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
