The house

The home sits on a private block near Lake Montauk, Ditch Plains Beach and Montauk Point Lighthouse. Its open-plan interior has oversized windows, multiple sitting and dining areas, and views of the surrounding nature.

Outside are an expansive yard and an uncovered patio with a dining table, chairs, an umbrella, lounge chairs and a gas barbecue. Free parking is available. The private outdoor pool is heated and subject to seasonal availability.

The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, cookware, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, wine fridge and ice maker. The home also has central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a designated work-from-home space, a washer and dryer, and a private entrance. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

The second-floor bedroom has a king bed; the three main-floor bedrooms each have a queen bed. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and standard closets. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 have full ensuite bathrooms, and bedrooms 1 and 2 have cable TV. There are three full bathrooms and one half bathroom: two full bathrooms are on the main floor, while a full bathroom and the half bathroom are upstairs. One main-floor bathroom has a shower/tub combination; the other full bathrooms have showers.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation as part of the Elite program.
