The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Maximum occupancy is eight; additional guests beyond that limit are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Pets require owner approval and may incur additional fees and/or a security deposit. Events are prohibited under the standard events policy. Events, commercial activities and other non-traditional uses, including rotating guest groups, require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees and/or an increased security deposit.
