Ocean and lake views extend to the primary bed and bathtub. Sliding doors and skylights bring light into the renovated interiors, which combine beach-inspired and mid-century design with organic fabrics and non-toxic materials. The open kitchen, dining and upper living area includes Viking Pro appliances, a 14-foot quartz counter with bar seating and walnut shelving. There is a media/family room with a 90-inch television, an office, a laundry room, indoor and outdoor fitness or meditation spaces, and a cabana room with a bar. Conveniences include whole-house water filtration, Sonos music, central air conditioning, central vacuum, instant hot water and Wii and PS3 consoles. The named sleeping rooms are on the upper floor and do not share walls with one another. Each has a queen bed and air conditioning; Bedroom 2 also has a crib. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, streaming television and deck access. Bedroom 2 has a walk-in closet and deck access. Maximum occupancy is six, with no additional guests permitted. The primary renter must be at least 35 years old. The home is not suitable for unrelated guests. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Events are prohibited. Reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating groups require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit.
