Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided. A work-from-home space and sauna are available. The backyard has a private heated pool, an expansive deck with a gas BBQ, outdoor dining and seating, an outdoor shower and a ping-pong table. Pets require owner approval; the dog approval fee is $200 per dog per booking, and additional fees and/or a security deposit may apply. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $97.00 per night of the reservation. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Events of any size, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating groups of guests during one stay require prior written host approval. Additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If a guest cancels, Marquis will make best efforts to work with the owner to reopen and rebook the dates; reopening is at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after the new reservation is paid in full. If the dates are not rebooked, the original stay may still be used provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection; coverage details are in the booking agreement.
