Lake views and sunsets can be enjoyed from the property, which is offered for year-round stays. Decor and furnishings have been updated. The oversized primary suite has windows overlooking the water and a private bathroom. A second bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. All four bedrooms and three full shower bathrooms are on the main floor. An additional waterside guest room or den provides a separate space. Outdoor facilities include a private heated outdoor pool with an attached hot tub, an outdoor shower, an uncovered deck/patio, two lounge chairs, patio furniture, a wood-burning fire pit and a paddle board. Indoors, there is central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, and cable and smart television. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. No guests beyond the maximum occupancy of six are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited; reservations involving events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups or other non-traditional uses require prior written approval and may incur additional fees and/or an increased security deposit. Reservation approval is required before confirmation. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory and in-stay cleanings are at the guest's expense. Payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If cancellation dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and rebooked for the original dates at an equal or higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If the property is not rebooked, guests may retain their original stay provided payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. In lieu of a security deposit, damage protection of up to $25,000 applies, with coverage details in the booking agreement.
