The ground-floor primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a children's bedroom with one twin/single bed and one double/full bed. The upstairs full bathroom has a shower and tub. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and streaming TV; the upstairs primary bedroom also has cable TV. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, silverware and a wine fridge. Indoor facilities include central air conditioning, heating, a wood-burning fireplace, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, and a fitness room with a yoga/stretching mat, elliptical, treadmill and weight-training equipment. If you cancel, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen the dates; reopening is the owner's decision. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If no replacement reservation is made, you may use the original dates provided payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis is notified in writing at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. ## Which payment methods apply to the balance?
