The house

The home has an open-plan living area with natural light, a fireplace and a big-screen TV, flowing into the dining room and a gourmet kitchen with appliances and expansive countertops. The living area opens onto an expansive back deck with multiple seating areas. Outdoor facilities include a screened porch, private heated pool, hot tub, gas barbecue and gazebo.

The five bedrooms include two king rooms, one queen room and two double/full rooms, one of which is in the pool house. All five bedrooms have air conditioning, a TV and a closet. Bedrooms 1, 2, 4 and the pool-house bedroom have ensuite bathrooms; bedrooms 1, 3 and the pool-house bedroom have balcony/deck access. An additional sleeping area has a sofa bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. The five bathrooms comprise four full bathrooms with showers and tubs and one half bathroom.

Wi-Fi, heating, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided. The home is family-friendly. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
