Reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating guest groups require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $25.00 per reservation night.
