House rules
Reservations require approval before confirmation. Smoking is not allowed. Additional people require express approval; an additional-guest fee of $100 per person per night may apply. Events are prohibited. Event-related, commercial or other non-traditional uses, including rotating groups during one stay, require prior written approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $100.00 per night of the reservation. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. After cancellation, Marquis may attempt to rebook the original dates if the owner agrees to reopen them. If the property is rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the original total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement booking is collected. If it is not rebooked, the original stay may still be used if payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis is notified in writing at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
Getting there
Not suitable for multiple families or unrelated guests. The primary renter must be at least 35 years old. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; seasonal cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at staymarquis.com.
