Children of all ages are welcome. Extra beds and cribs may be requested; availability is limited and an additional charge may apply. In Two-Bedroom Apartment and Three-Bedroom Apartment categories, smoking is permitted only on balconies. In all other cases, smoking is allowed only in the designated garden area. Pets require advance agreement with the administration and compliance with the applicable pet rules. Early check-in and late check-out may be available by prior request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge. A booking may require prepayment equal to the first night's stay or the full amount depending on the rate. A refundable damage deposit may also be collected at check-in. A flexible rate allows free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival; non-refundable rates are not refunded if cancelled or in case of no-show.
Getting there
Tashkent Land water park and Navruz Park are each a five-minute walk away. Minor Mosque is a 10-minute drive; UzExpo Center is a seven-minute drive; Kukeldash Madrasa and Hazrati Imam Complex are each a 20-minute drive. Paid transfers to and from Tashkent International Airport take 15–20 minutes.
