## About the house

The hotel offers four apartment categories: a 60 m² studio, 75 m² one-bedroom apartment, 130 m² two-bedroom apartment and 200 m² three-bedroom apartment. The two-bedroom apartment has two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. The three-bedroom category accommodates up to six guests. Guests have access to a spa and fitness area, including a sauna, hammam and hydromassage tub. Buffet breakfast, Wi-Fi, wellness-area use, housekeeping and linen changes are included. Room service for food and drinks is available during breakfast hours, 7:00–10:00.

In Two-Bedroom Apartment and Three-Bedroom Apartment categories, smoking is permitted only on balconies. In all other cases, smoking is allowed only in the designated garden area. Pets require advance agreement with the administration and compliance with the applicable pet rules. Early check-in and late check-out may be available by prior request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge. A booking may require prepayment equal to the first night's stay or the full amount depending on the rate. A refundable damage deposit may also be collected at check-in. A flexible rate allows free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival; non-refundable rates are not refunded if cancelled or in case of no-show.
