## About the house

The home accommodates up to eight guests and has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All three bedrooms are on Level 2: two have king beds, including one with deck access, and the third has a twin-over-twin bunk set. The great room has a queen sleeper sofa. One full bathroom has a standing shower, and the other has a shower/tub combination.

The window-filled great room includes a living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a beverage refrigerator. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, single-cup Keurig, dishes, utensils and cookware. Outdoor spaces include spacious decks and a ground-floor covered patio for dining. A private beach walkway without steps leads directly to Carova Beach.

Facilities include a hot tub, central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, multiple Smart TVs with streaming TV, a washer and dryer, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The home uses a private well. Corolla wild horses roam through the surrounding area. Parking accommodates four vehicles; the garage is not available to guests.

Accessible by four-wheel-drive vehicle only, approximately 7.9 miles up the beach. There are no paved roads. A private beach walkway without steps leads directly to Carova Beach. Parking is limited to four vehicles, and the garage is unavailable to guests.

No smoking. Up to two dogs are permitted, with no weight limit; pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. Cats are not allowed because of serious cat allergies. Check-in and check-out are on Saturdays. Early check-in is available in limited quantities for an additional fee, subject to eligibility.
