House rules
No parties, venue use or smoking inside. Pets are not permitted. Only staying guests are allowed; visitors require prior agreement with the host. The property is not suitable for children under 14 because of pool and safety considerations; enquire before booking if younger children are included. Quiet hours are 9:00pm to 8:00am. Late arrivals after 8:00pm require agreement and incur an after-hours charge.
Getting there
The property is in Nelson’s CBD on Shelbourne Street, a short walk from cafes, restaurants, art galleries, music venues, cultural attractions and nearby walking and cycling trails. Two electric bikes are included. The property has fully fenced grounds and off-street parking.
