Smoking and guest pets are not allowed. Babies and children are accepted, but toddlers are not. The fireplaces are ornamental. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellations less than five days before arrival receive no refund.
Getting there
The home spans five floors with no internal elevator. Water pressure is low when multiple sinks or showers run at once. A resident dog and cat are absent during stays, but the home may not be suitable for guests with allergies. Oxford Street is a fifteen-minute walk away; Marylebone and Edgware Road tube stations are closer.
