The house has an open living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Alfresco dining, outdoor furniture, a BBQ, a fully fenced dog-friendly yard and an outdoor shower provide outdoor space for the stay.

Two bedrooms are on the ground floor: Bedroom 1 has three single beds and a trundle, and Bedroom 2 has a king bed. The ground-floor bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and an adjoining ensuite with a bath/shower, toilet and vanity; Bedroom 4 has a king bed and an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity. All four bedrooms have ceiling fans.
