## About the house

The cottage accommodates up to six adults and has one bathroom. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed, ceiling fan and hanging space; the third has two single bunk beds.

The living area has a fireplace, and the cottage has air conditioning, ceiling fans and heating. A balcony, outdoor entertaining deck, barbecue, outdoor seating and garden or backyard provide outdoor space. A smart TV with streaming services, cable TV, board games and children's books and toys are available.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery and wine glasses, with a dining table. Other facilities include a bathtub, hot water, washer, dryer, iron, private entrance and smoke detector. Free Wi-Fi and free off-street and street parking are available.

The beach is a leisurely stroll away. Restaurants, cafes, shops and 9- and 18-hole golf courses are a short drive away. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome. Long-term stays are also allowed.

Serviced linen is not provided. Quilts, quilt covers, pillows and mattress protectors are supplied; guests must bring sheets and bath and beach towels. Optional serviced linen hire is available through South Coast Linen Hire. Guests must also bring personal items, pantry supplies and toiletries, including toilet paper. A small amount of firewood is supplied for the first night; additional wood can be purchased at guests' expense from service stations or Bunnings in Ulladulla.
