House rules
Monthly rental only, with a fixed 30-day rate and no prorating. Exclusive to one renter per 30-day period. Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed.
Getting there
The home is one house from the sand, 30 feet from beach access on the east end of Mokulua Drive. Lanikai Beach, the Mokulua Islands outlook, Pillbox Trail, and kayaking and stand-up paddle launch access are within walking reach. Kailua Beach Park, Kailua town shops and dining, golf and additional hikes are a short drive away. The primary suite is upstairs and the separate studio suite is above the garage. A car is necessary.
