The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home accommodates up to ten guests across 3,316 square feet of interior living space. The main house and separate studio suite above the garage are offered together. The studio has a full bathroom and kitchen.

The high-ceilinged living room opens through sliding doors to a back deck and lawn. There is dining seating for eight and a breakfast bar. The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, mixer and wine fridge. Outdoors, a covered lanai, gazebo, private yard, outdoor seating, shaded swing and outdoor shower provide space for dining and relaxing.

The upstairs primary suite has partial ocean and garden views, a private lanai, central air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Guest bedrooms 2 and 3 have garden views, ensuite bathrooms, ceiling fans and central air conditioning; bedroom 3 also has a balcony or deck. Guest bedroom 4 has an ensuite bathroom, garden view, balcony or deck, ceiling fan, split air conditioning, and a lounge area with TV and kitchenette.

Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, a garage and free parking are available. The property has a private entrance, self check-in/check-out, smoke detector, first-aid kit, outdoor lighting and security cameras. Children are welcome; smoking is not allowed. Stays are monthly only, with exclusive use by one renter per 30-day period.

Kailua Beach Park, Kailua town shops and dining, golf and additional hikes are a short drive away. The primary suite is upstairs and the separate studio suite is above the garage. A car is necessary.
