Rooms are spread across two levels. Single/double rooms have a double bed, living area, private bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, and private outdoor space; views are of the garden or the hills of Raposeira. Loft rooms have an open-plan layout with a double bed on the main level and two single beds on a mezzanine, a private bathroom, lounge area and private terrace. The Windmill Room is in a renovated windmill over 150 years old and has a private outdoor lounge area. The accessible veranda room is on the ground floor and has a spacious bathroom with a walk-in or roll-in shower and a private shady veranda with garden views. Breakfast is included with all room rates.

The property is in Vila do Bispo, above the Western Algarve coastline and close to protected beaches on the south coast.
