What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability.
How many guests can stay?
The apartment accommodates up to 2 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bed. Additional guests may be possible by prior arrangement.
What amenities are included?
Key amenities include parking, Wi-Fi, a kitchen, air conditioning, and a TV.
What is the cancellation policy?
Guests can cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations after that time result in a 100% payment to the host.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. For monthly rentals, weekly housekeeping is typically provided. Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
Are there any special house rules?
Events are not allowed, outside guests are not allowed, and commercial photography and filming are allowed subject to terms and conditions.
Is Wi-Fi available?
High-speed Wi-Fi is included and is described as suitable for video calls, streaming, and remote work.
