House rules
Smoking, pets, parties, and events are not allowed. All guests must provide a passport or valid ID as required by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). A security deposit of 1000 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellations within 14 days of arrival incur the total reservation price.

The studio is in Business Bay, near Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and the Dubai Water Canal promenade.
