House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. All guests must submit a passport or valid ID as required by Dubai's Economy and Tourism Department (DET). A security deposit of 1000 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a property damage inspection. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellation within 14 days of arrival incurs the total reservation price.

The studio is in Business Bay, steps from Dubai Canal, with dining and the Downtown Dubai area nearby.
