Bedroom 1 also has a TV and balcony/deck. The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub, a TV, walk-in closet and balcony/deck. Two lower-level bedrooms each have a queen bed and air conditioning. A shared full bathroom with a shower is on the lower level, and a half bathroom is on the main floor. Event-related reservations, commercial activities, rotating groups and other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees and/or an increased security deposit. If rebooked for the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement booking. If not rebooked, guests may use their original dates provided payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire.
