The house

The home has an open layout with a bright atrium, modern furniture and several dining areas: a breakfast bar, kitchen table and dining table. The living room and sun room share a working double-sided fireplace. A separate lounge has couches and a flat-screen TV.

The three bedrooms contain one king bed and two queen beds. An additional sleeping area contains a sofa bed. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a kitchen, washer, dryer, bed linens, bath towels, hair dryer, hot water and an outdoor grill are provided. The private heated pool is surrounded by landscaping.

Northside Hills is just outside Sag Harbor Village and near Peconic Bay, with Southampton and Bridgehampton minutes away. The homeowner manages property preparation, arrival coordination, on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking.
