The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Pets are not permitted. Outdoor music is prohibited; indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Conversation and other people noise must be measured and reasonable during daytime hours, defined as 10:00–22:00. For stays of 28 nights or more, a mandatory utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week. The deposit covers gas and electricity usage as determined by the utility companies. Any unused balance is refunded within 45 days after departure. The property description requires at least 28 nights, while the calendar advertises two nights; confirm the applicable minimum for your dates. Additional discounts may be available for stays of 29 nights or more; contact the operator for details. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout by 10:00; alternative times may be requested, subject to availability.
Getting there
Championship golf courses, restaurants, shops and El Paseo are minutes away. Living Desert Zoo and Gardens is just over seven miles away; Joshua Tree National Park and the 25,000-acre Pioneertown Mountains Preserve are about 40 miles away.
