House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. All guests must provide a passport or valid ID for check-in, as required by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). A security deposit of 1000 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a property damage inspection. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellations within 14 days of arrival incur the total reservation price.
Getting there
Majestique Residence is next to Expo City Dubai and close to Al Maktoum International Airport. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, a salon and public transportation are minutes away.
