The house

The home has an open floor plan, walls of glass, designer furnishings and views of the San Jacinto Mountains from nearly every room. Three bedrooms are in the main house, and a fourth is in the detached casita. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and storage. The walled backyard contains a swimming pool with integrated spa, a fire pit lounge, outdoor dining, chaise lounges and patio umbrellas, surrounded by mature palms and fruit trees. A fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, ice maker and cooking utensils. A washer and dryer, linens, towels, hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.
