Three bedrooms are in the main house, and a fourth is in the detached casita. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and storage. The walled backyard contains a swimming pool with integrated spa, a fire pit lounge, outdoor dining, chaise lounges and patio umbrellas, surrounded by mature palms and fruit trees. A fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, ice maker and cooking utensils. A washer and dryer, linens, towels, hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

Downtown Palm Springs, dining, coffee houses and shopping are minutes away.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and proof of age is required. Pets are not allowed.
