The open-plan studio has a double bed, wardrobe storage, a dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi. Guests have full access to the property.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, dishes, cutlery and cooking essentials. The private bathroom has a shower, hot water, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A washing machine and clothes drying rack are provided. Room-darkening shades, a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher are available.

Cafés, restaurants, takeaways, a supermarket and pharmacies are within Riverforest Shopping Centre. Confey Train Station is nearby, with services to Dublin Connolly and the city centre. Dublin Bus routes serve the area, and the M4 and M50 provide road connections to Dublin Airport and the wider region. Nearby attractions include St. Catherine’s Park, Castletown House and the River Liffey.

The studio is above Riverforest Shopping Centre. Confey Train Station is nearby. The property is not suitable for infants under 2 or children aged 2–12.

No smoking, parties or events. Respect the neighbours and avoid significant noise or loud music. Breaching the smoking, party or event rules can result in immediate eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Pets are not allowed. Guests may be asked to put bins out for collection. This is a self-catering property: welcome toiletries and some essentials are provided, and guests must purchase any additional supplies they need. Keys must be returned to the lockbox at checkout. Access callouts, including those caused by keys not being returned for the next guests, incur a fee upwards of €50. Lost or damaged keys incur a replacement fee upwards of €80 per keyset. Extension requests must be communicated before 5 p.m. on the evening before checkout; shorter notice incurs a €35 fee for last-minute cancellation of the cleaning service, in addition to the extra nights.
