House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. Groups of young people up to age 25 are not accepted. The home has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets for charging. Final cleaning is €148 per booking; the concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. A refundable €800 security deposit is taken as a credit-card pre-authorisation. Linen is optional: kitchen towels €2 per booking; a small and large bath towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per booking; single-bed linen €12 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Ordered linen is supplied at arrival for the stay without replacement. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection. In low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
The town centre and shops are 600 m away. Beaches and coves at Préfailles are 5 minutes away by bicycle; Port Meleu beach is 2.5 km away. Parking information differs: two secure spaces are mentioned in the description, while the feature details state three outdoor spaces.
