House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. The tourist tax is included in the total price. Household linen is optional; ordered linen is provided on arrival for the stay without replacement. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is collected by card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional charges: cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking; kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; linen for one double bed €18 per booking; linen for one single bed €14 per booking; final cleaning €135 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide arrival time and arrange key collection.
Getting there
Rouvran and Banaster sandy beaches are each 800 m away; the village centre and shops are 800 m away. Carrefour Contact supermarket is listed at 1.3 km. Parking: two garage spaces, with parking also possible in front of the garage. The property has no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; domestic sockets must not be used to charge vehicles.
