No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Dangerous animals are not accepted. Household linen is optional and is supplied on arrival for the stay without replacement; mid-stay housekeeping is not provided. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per bed per booking; single-bed linen €14 per bed per booking; bath mat €3 per booking; final cleaning €170 per booking; cancellation insurance 5.5% of booking. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of booking. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is taken as a credit-card preauthorization. Tourist tax is listed as included in the total price.
Getting there
Sables Blancs beach is 4 km away and Kerléven beach is 4.5 km away; the stated distances do not specify a travel mode. The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Four private outdoor parking spaces are available. The house does not have a dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets for charging. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection and provide arrival time. In low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible by arrangement.
