Built in 2016, this 148 m² holiday home stands on a 2,566 m² natural plot. The living room connects to the kitchen and dining area, creating an open communal space with large windows and a wood-burning stove. The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and separate 100-litre freezer; cooking facilities and a gas barbecue are also available.

There are three bedrooms, with two double beds and two single beds in total. Two bedrooms have their own TV. The house has two bathrooms, one accessed directly from a bedroom. The larger bathroom contains a sauna and a two-person drainable spa bath. Three flat-screen TVs and satellite reception for German channels are available.

Solar panels and an air-to-water heat pump supply water-based underfloor heating throughout the house. Free fibre internet, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available.

The terrace has several seating areas, screened and covered sections, and lighting beneath the covered areas. Outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a lawn and a storage shed are available. Children have a play tower with a slide, swing and climbing frame. An electric-vehicle charging point is available at the house; bring your own cable or adapter.

Bring your own cable or adapter to use the electric-vehicle charging point.

This is a non-smoking house. Up to two pets are allowed.
