The first floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms; the second floor has a large primary bedroom, a renovated bathroom with shower and tub, and a study area. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The remaining bathrooms include a first-floor shower bathroom and a first-floor shower/tub combination bathroom. The light-filled living room has a gas-burning fireplace. The renovated kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee provisions, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace and weight-training equipment are available. The basement has a washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. If no new reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. Instead of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
