What services are included?
Private chef service is included daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM; groceries are billed separately. Daily housekeeping, 24/7 security in the gated community, and personalized concierge service from Wynwood House before and during your stay are also included.
How does check-in work, and when is assistance available?
Wynwood House uses a fully automated check-in process and offers assistance through its digital concierge 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 65 days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations after that receive no refund.
