## About the house

The apartment is bright and quiet, with a view from the living room. The main bedroom has a double bed and a television; sliding doors allow it to open onto the living room or close for privacy. A library nook provides an additional sleeping area with a double sofa bed. Beds are prepared with 100% cotton linen.

The living room opens onto the kitchen, which includes a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. There is no dining table; the kitchen counter can be used for meals. The small bathroom comes with towels, shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. Guests have full access to the apartment during their stay.

The Marais is a historic district with notable architecture, art galleries, restaurants and fashion shops. The apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator. Some furniture, including the sofa and table, has recently been replaced, so photographs may show earlier furnishings.

Bus 96 stops at Saint Claude at the foot of the building; buses 20 and 65 stop at Saint Claude at the corner of rue Saint Claude and boulevard Beaumarchais.

No smoking, pets, parties or events. Parties or events can result in eviction, with charges for damage or additional cleaning. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. Check-in after 22:00 incurs an additional charge of 20€. City tax may apply and is not included in the booking price; it is calculated per person, per night under local regulations and collected directly before check-in, with advance payment requested.
