The apartment has large windows, a spacious interior and full guest access. The living room has a sitting area and a convertible sofa providing sleeping space for up to two extra guests. The dining table seats six and can also be used as a workspace.

The open-plan kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, cookware, dishes and silverware. The bedroom has a king-size bed, a wardrobe and a Wi-Fi-connected TV that can display content from a phone or laptop. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, mirror, toilet and washing machine.
