The house

The apartment has a north-west-facing aspect and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with armchairs. Two guest bedrooms each have a king-size bed with bed-bug-protected mattresses. The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. A third bedroom is not available for accommodation and may only be accessed to use the washing machine.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stovetop, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Wi-Fi, a TV, Chromecast, books, outdoor furniture and a garden/patio are provided. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels, with pillows and duvets provided. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure.

A garage provides secure e-bike storage and charging. The driveway is shared; street parking is available and off-street parking is available only by request. The single garage is unsuitable for larger vehicles. There is no pool or hot tub.

Monavale gardens are a leisurely stroll away. Christchurch Botanic Gardens, Riverside Market and Westfield Riccarton Mall are within walking distance. The Saturday Farmers’ Market at Deans Bush is minutes away.
