House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. Children and infants are welcome. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is 15:00–21:00; request arrival outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 carries an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least 5 days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than 5 days before arrival receives no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator access. Farringdon station is under a 10-minute walk away.
